George Godsman
George's experience has included a variety of types of project and stages of work since joining the Practice. He became an Associate in 2006 and a Director in 2009.
Projects have included large retail town centre schemes, one off houses, conservation work and residential projects such as Eastgate, Chichester, an award winning residential scheme in a historical city centre location. For a number of years now he has played a key design-direction role in the designer outlet work we undertake for Value Retail.
George’s recent work also includes, masterplanning and residential land-promotion schemes, and a range of high-end large house developments, as well as commercial and logistics developments.
He is committed to sustainability issues and mentors 'green issues' within the business.
