L+S+H created the Bicester Village Station and Guest Service hub providing guests with direct access to the full range of services provided at The Village. A luxurious reception lounge provides guests with waiting area, guest washrooms, train service information and a reception/concierge desk.
Design
Design
The interior concept uses a subtle palette of high quality materials including stone floor throughout and aged oak wooden ceiling. These materials are complimented by classic leather chairs, console tables and a simple marble reception desk.
Antique mirrors are placed along one side of the lounge to increase the sense of light and space. A slim black frame and glass screen divides the lounge from the platform entrance. The route from the guest service lounge to The Village is also finished in stone flooring with rich landscaping enhancing the customer journey and touch points.
