Waterfront Houses, Burnes Shipyard Site

Bosham, West Sussex

A mixed-use development of four 5,000 sq ft waterfront houses for Burhill Estates Company Ltd, and a new harbourmaster’s facility on a former industrial site. Sited in the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the scheme was designed to sit respectfully with the wide harbour landscape and the adjacent conservation area.
