Masterplan for a regionally significant tourism, leisure, and retail development, with land spanning 230 acres of mixed-uses. Work to date has included promotion for land-allocation in the Local Plan and full masterplanning for a range of uses including tourist facilities, retail, extensive indoor and outdoor leisure, hotel, conference and major commercial employment space.

Anchored by a new Eden Centre, the ‘Eden Ark’, we have worked with Sir Tim Smit to deliver a new Eden concept within the masterplan as the UK’s second Eden Project destination.
