L+S+H developed a long term masterplan for the development and enhancement of assets within Sutton Harbour to exploit its potential as a place to live, work and relax. The final Vision document outlined the benefits of Plymouth, the site context and detailed information on each of the development opportunities.

The Vision document outlines the £75 million transformation planned for the area. The framework plans for 350,000 sq ft of mixed-use projects across 12 under-used sites around the harbour including new restaurants, cafes, shops, offices and apartments. Our masterplan aims to create a circular harbourside loop of exciting and vibrant uses ensuring Sutton Harbour becomes a well-rounded and renowned destination. The masterplan is being implemented incrementally on a project by project basis, and L+S+H are currently involved in key major projects to be brought forward within it.
