Scheme Overview
The village includes over 157 boutiques across the 350,000 sq ft site, over 10 cafes and restaurants and a children's playground, with standard unit sizes ranging from 600 to 6,000 sq ft. Phase 4 is the most recent addition and L+S+H Architects involvement continues in refining and adapting the village to the needs of the retailers and client.
Design
The tenants - international and national designer names, have been given an attractive and well conceived environment in a traditional village street. The scheme is of traditional appearance, with flexible steel frame buildings. Dedicated VIP suite, concierge shopping, valet parking and railway station provide the highest standards of visitor experience.
