L+S+H has designed all phases of Kildare Village, the leading luxury and fashion shopping destination delivering international brands to Ireland. The circa 285,000 sq ft development for Value Retail consists of over 150 designer boutiques of which a dozen are cafes and restaurants.

Scheme Overview

Continuing the highly successful use of charming, pedestrianised village streets and high-quality public realm which has been so successful at Bicester Village, the Kildare Village development has been a game-changer for Irish retail, creating a concentration of high-end designer brands within a friendly and attractive visitor environment.

Since the L+S+H designed scheme opened we have designed and implemented a further 2 major phases enhancing the retail offer, improving pedestrian links to the town centre and providing increased car parking. This includes a range of guest services including valet parking, personal stylists, hands free shopping and dedicated express coach service to/from Dublin.

The major Phase 3 extension which opened for Christmas 2021 includes over 30 new stores, enhanced public realm and shopper services, with an exemplar thin-decked car park that incorporates an extensive living green wall. A Breeam Excellent Standard was delivered.
